French Beauty (part ii)

French Beauty (part ii)

So, my partner-in-crime here went to Europe a few months ago and came back with an amazing beauty haul of fancy French perfumes and oils.  When she got back, I would pop into her office and just, well smell.  The scents were so different than what I usually gravitate towards (citrus) and these were so new and intoxicating.

Then one day I was surfing around the web and saw that Madewell was carrying beauty products- carefully curated ones!  They had oils, so many different types of oils and balms and salts, it was glorious.  Not only am I a huge fan of Madewell, but now they had French oils!

I picked up 2 different oils, madewell x french girl™ lumiere body oil and daughter of the land® balancing oil.  They both smell heavenly and the oils absorb so quickly into the skin.  I'm still getting use to incorporating them into my routine... On a few occasions, I've accidentally forgotten to fully rub the oils from the backs of my fingers/hands before I blow dry my hair.  I've had a few 'greasy' hair days.  Oh well, it's the price to pay for smelling so lovely.
